Besides maybe VLC, there is no one media player that handles every single codec on thet net. It's rare, but even with Quicktime I run into error messages when I try to play certain media files. I downloaded Perian and installed it this morning. I'm going to see if tis can run some of the .AVI files that I've downloaded.
